1. How to pay?
You can pay your order online through LiqPay payment systems using any payment card, just follow the instructions and payment system prompts to make a payment. If you have difficulty paying, please email us at info@nerotie.com or call +38 0676743606.


2. How is the delivery of the order?
In Ukraine delivery of orders is carried out from Lviv by carrier “Novaya Poshta” and “Ukrposhta”. Delivery cost in Ukraine is 40 UAH. For residents of Lviv it is possible to get goods in a coordinated place by prior arrangement. When ordering from 200 UAH, delivery is free of charge in Ukraine.

We also manage Worldwide delivery. Time and cost depends on country of shipping.


3.  How fast will I get an order?
The dispatch is on the next day of the order. Departure is on working days from Monday to Friday.
In the case of sending through the carriers “Nova Poshta” and “Ukrposhta” delivery time is 1-2 days (in Kiev – 1 day). You can calculate the delivery terms more accurately and track the movement of your cargo at the official site of Ukrposhta or Novaya Poshta

In the case of self-service, the goods can be picked up in a co-ordinated place by prior arrangement.

 
4. Free shipping
We have free shipping in the case of orders of 200 hryvnia in Ukraine. To get a free shipping just enough to add the required amount of goods to the trash, free shipping will be automatically available upon making an order.

 
5. Where can I buy except an online store?
You can buy socks in our partner stores, every day we expand the area of ​​presence. Please note that the prices in the partner shops may differ from the prices in the official online store Nero tie Style. We recommend buying our socks in our online store.

 
6. I made an order. What’s next?
After receiving the order we do not do without the need for calls, the order is processed, sent and all information is sent to the email.
In the case of delivery by New Mail or Ukrposty: expect the billing number, or SMS from the delivery service.
In the case of self-retrieval: expect or call to coordinate the place and time

8. I want to return the purchased item
Socks are subject to exchange / return within 14 days from the date of purchase, only in the case of technical defect or in case of significant damage due to transportation. In case if by our mistake you got another model or size of socks – the exchange takes place entirely at our expense, provided that the socks were not used. 9. What is a coupon and how to get a discount?
Discount coupons are provided by us during promotions in social networks, contests or mail, if you are one of our most active customers. 🙂 To apply the coupon code, simply enter it when making an order and get an instant discount.
